"The staff were very nice and professional from the front desk, valet staff, and housekeeping. The room was a nice size except the pillows were too soft for me. I had spa reservation, waited about 20 minutes after my time which was unacceptable. The spa staff did apologize for the wait due another client’s time had interfered with my appointment. Overall, a nice relaxing resort. "

"The staff were not helpful at all with my situation I had a horrible experience with my stay with my room the room was filthy a lot of dust broken outlet clogged bathroom sink carpet dirty manager still has ignored my request to speak to him the halls is dirty trash all over inside the hotel"

"The property looks nice and the room was clean. However, from the moment you walk you will notice the bad smell. The room spelled like someone had been smoking in there non stop for the past year. I honestly did not leave because it was too late at night, I was way to tired and I was leaving a few hours later anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have an issue with cigarettes smell"
