We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Beach Rules:
The swimming areas for swim at-your-own-risk. Inflatable rafts, noodles and water toys are not allowed in swimming areas. Proper swimming attire is required. Access pass required.

GUEST CHECK IN:

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if starter pack runs out. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

SMART TV
Streaming service logins are not provided, please feel free to use your personal login for these devices.

PET RULES:
*Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation.
* Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 fine.
* Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard.
* Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home.

HOT TUB RULES
1) Do not add ANY oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub
2) $250 fine to any guest if liquids are added.
3) Please rinse off prior to use to reduce contaminants
4) Enter and exit slowly
5) No jumping or diving in
6) Do not bring glass in or near hot tub
7) Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to
8) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
9) Leave temperature on 100 when not in use
10)Turn the jets off and Return cover back on when not in use to maintain heat and keep debri out.
11) Ensure that the water level in the hot tub remains above the jet lines at all times. If significant water loss is detected, a fine of $150 will be applied to cover the costs of refilling and rebalancing the water.

POOL/KAYAK
Life jackets/floaties are provided. Please bring extra if needed and goggles.

FIREWOOD
Firewood is not provided if you would like to purchase prior to arrival to have on site let us know and we can arrange this.

PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE
* Please note Lawn Services or routine snow maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you!

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, bugs, spiders, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

WINTER REMINDER
We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property
