Dog Friendly -Cozy Haven Chalet-Firepit

Your adventure in the Pocono Mountains begins at the NEWLY BUILT Cozy Haven Chalet. A place where you make countless memories with your family, friends, and loved ones. Conveniently located in the Arrowhead Lakes Community, experience everything the Poconos has to offer. Spend the day lounging by the pool, kayaking on the lake, or hitting the slopes with your ski/snowboard. End your night cozied up by the fire pit making s'mores, laughing, & conversing about your fun filled day spent together.
The space
Cozy Haven Chalet is a brand new home built in 2022, with a modern, rustic, chic lodge atmosphere.

The lower level offers a welcoming open-concept space, a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula that seats three for casual dining, a large dining table, two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, a laundry room, and an abundance of sunshine.

The upper level offers a third bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch TV, workspace with chargers, and full bathroom with tub/shower. A loft space filled with children's books, toys, and games for everyone to enjoy can also be found on the upper level. Apples to Apples, tabletop Foosball, UNO, and Checkers are just to name a few!

Outside you can enjoy a large deck, a sitting area, fire pit, grill, BBQ, corn hole, & an outdoor heater to still be able to enjoy the chilly evenings.

THINGS TO NOTE:
*All bedrooms have duvets, quilts, sheets, and pillows.
*Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels are available in both
bathrooms.
*There is a child-lock available on the sliding door.
*There is a child safety lock available for the front door.
*There is a baby gate available at the house. Extra gates available upon
request.
*A high chair, Bumbo seat, and Pack N Play with a removable diaper changer & newborn seat are always available at the house.


PETS:
*We are dog friendly!
*A bowl set is available and always at the house.
*Maximum of two dogs allowed at a time.
*There is a $125 pet fee for the first dog and $50 pet fee for second dog.
This does not cover any damage or stains caused by the dog.

Guests have private access to the entire house and outside area.

*There is one security camera on the property located on the tree in the driveway. It faces the street only.

****Arrowhead Lakes is a private gated community and registration is required 4 days prior to arrival/check in.****

$6 per day/night ages 6 and up

A gate access card and badges for use of the amenities will be provided upon arrival at the Welcome Center. Vehicle cards are NOT interchangeable between vehicles. The Welcome Center is open 24/7.
