Parkplätze hinter dem Haus, das Haus ist auch nicht direkt an der Straße sondern in zweiter Reihe, top. Zum Kochen ist alles mögliche vorhanden Töpfe, Pfannen... Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Wir durften als fünfköpfige Familie 11 Tage Urlaub im Erzgebirge verbringen. Von der gut ausgestatteten FeWo in Schwarzenberg waren viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Vom Rodelhang, übers Schwimmbad, Bergwerk, Raumfahrtmuseum und verschiedenen Wanderwegen war alles dabei. Die FeWo ist unserer Ansicht nach allerdings nur mit Einschränkungen für Familien mit kleinen Kindern zu empfehlen. Erstens muss man in einem mehrstöckigen Mietshaus bis unters Dach. Zweitens sind die Glastische zum Essen...

"We spent 2 weeks in August 2023 in this holiday home. It is clean, light and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture inside and outside. The garden is large, so nice for children to play in and also one can sit in the sun or outside of it. The view is lovely. Two toilets are nice. The shower had enough power and is not small. The sauna was also a great extra in this house. The WiFi worked perfectly, but the request on the paper...

"The owner made an incredibly sensitive reconstruction of the building that is placed in idyllic countryside. Two bedrooms and the two-floored living room that includes the full equipped kitchen make you feel very comfortable and airy. Old beams and pure and minimalistic style meet naturally. "Das Haus war ok. Zwei Zimmer haben eine abenteuerliche Treppe als Zugang. Am 3. Tag gab es in der unteren Wohnung kein warmes Wasser mehr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam der Mann der Besitzerin, konnte den Schaden bis zur Abreise nicht beheben, trotz großer Versprechungen. Das war eine erhebliche Einschränkung, nur eine Dusche für 7 Personen. Es wurdev eine Entschädigung zugesichert, dieses aber nicht eingehalten. Also, Vorsicht bei diesen Vermietern."
