"Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but at the same time conveniently close to the busy downtown area. Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. Breakfast was really good, with many options to choose from and satisfied children’s and adults’ tastes. Staff was friendly. Will definitely consider HUGO hotel for our next stay in Varna."

"A nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. "

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"Parking - only got 4-5 spaces at a push. There is space down from the hotel - so I didn't struggle with parking. It appears that they are renovating the pool area, as it is currently empty of water. Friendly, pleasant staff who did not intrude on my stay and discreetly cleaned my room."
