This bright ground floor apartment offers:

- a living room overlooking the swimming pool with a lounge area with TV and functional fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle and toaster, raclette set).

- a bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and separate toilet.

The Swimming Pool:
A 12m x 3m heated swimming pool open from May to October (depending on the weather), with its deckchairs and outdoor shower, shared with the other tenants of the cottages of the estate.

For the serenity of parents, access to the pool is fully secured by a protective barrier that complies with standards.

Covered play area (table tennis, darts), laundry room shared with the other cottages (washing machine/dryer) and secure bike storage.

Private parking for vehicles outside, and covered garage for bicycles inside the estate.

Located in absolute calm, you are only 5 minutes from the Royal Château of Amboise and the Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci's last home). The gîte is the ideal starting point to explore the Touraine wine route or cycle along the Loire

The swimming pool specialist maintains the swimming pool every Wednesday at the end of the morning from 1 June to 30 September.
