Excellent location. Centrally located between theatre Royal carpark and the hoe. 5 minute walk either direction. Check-in details weren't provided until after 3pm so don't panic when you don't have them in the morning. Generally all clean and tidy.
Unfortunately had a terrible night's sleep due to the room being so warm, noise outside as it's right on the busy main road, all internal doors have strong closers so doors continually banging throughout the night as other guests came and when (including accessing the kitchen area). Whilst the location was perfect and price good, I wouldn't stay again.

Misleading advert. Have used PureServiced several times and never a problem.
Pros
Comfortable bed
Clean room and bathroom
Cons
No kettle
No tv
No utensils of any sort
Over Tesco express with constant noise from there and main road outside.
Nowhere was it explained that theres a communal kitchen and TV to share with the other inmates.
Tried calling PureServiced, left message, no response.
Booked as a self-contained room thinking it had a kitchen. It did - shared by the rest of the rooms on the floor. Hmmm. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room. Didn't realize it was student accommodation most of the year. Whenever another room door closed there was a loud bang! Not peaceful enough for my comfort. The room window was floor to ceiling with a single opaque blind from floor to ceiling. Want privacy, then you get darkness. Anyone in the courtyard outside can see into the room when the blind is open. The lighting was excessively bright with no way to dim it. The bathroom similarly. All lights were ceiling spotlights - makes shaving a shadow hazard. At night the lights in the bathroom were so bright you were sure not to get back to sleep after using the bathroom. I won't stay there again unless my expectations drop through the floor. Extremely impersonal, too.
