"Quiet, clean and cozy! The Cabin was in an ideal location for us. It provided easy access to both highway 42 and highway 57, so traveling around Door County was convenient. The Cabin also has very good cellular and WiFi connectivity, which can be challenging in other parts of the peninsula."

"We had a great stay. The home is pet friendly, central to everything we were doing. We had exactly what we needed in the kitchen for drinking wine and playing games. The upstairs is very cute, we thought we'd have one more couple joining but they didn't end up making the trip, still a good value if your traveling with pets The upstairs was very cute 2 more bedrooms, but due to dogs we stayed downstairs. This place could easily sleep 3 couples. The only draw back would be the busy highway for families with kids. We had our dogs on a leash and with the grown trees blocking the view of the highway we had no issue. Super windy our entire say, saw they have a grill and small firepit. Even at night in the back bedroom we could hear the birds more than we could the traffic, There's a corn field in back of the property so just one busy side and no nearby neighbors. Sitting in the kitchen with a little music you'd never know until you open the front door that the highway is right there, however we visited in off season. I'd recommend this cute cottage and even book again if we get a chance to visit the area. "

"VRBO request that you message the owners. So I messaged them with a responce of our 34th wedding anniversary. Their message back was a cut and paste. Asking me to read their rules signing them. My name was added to the response. Maybe a little selfish, but a simple "Happy Anniversary" would of felt welcomed I than messaged them (knowing that this area is more of a summer attraction) wondering if there are, if any, things we would be interested in doing. Again a cut and paste long list. The list was around ninty-five persent summer activities. The winter ones included, ice skating and places to go sledding down hills. Being married 34 years counts those activities out. Even though I didn't specify, but I kind of was looking for super clubs or older kids things to do. We did go to all 4 of their art galleries (which was a first for me). I was deeply impressed and their employees were very polite and pleasant to talk with. The place we stayed at was well maintained and clean. It was comfortable and a perfect place for a quick getaway. The pictures included a hot tub, and that I was what I looking for. I was prepared with soaking salts, scented candle, a glass of chilled wine and soft Christian music for my bride of 34 years. To my disappointment there was a sign, Do Not Use Hot Tub.As you walked in there was a detailed cleaning list to follow, incuding garbage and dishes that we did This was the first VRBO of many that I could not give a full 5 stars, sorry.Weldon and Lana"
