About this property

Maison en Granit Typique Rénovée

  • This is a charming granite farmhouse, renovated so you can enjoy the countryside, nature, and peace and quiet. It is surrounded by old, unrenovated buildings. You’ll be the only ones in the hamlet. The house has a lawn and two terraces.
A car is essential. Shops are 3 km away.
The house is located 5 km by road from the Léguer (a river with salmon and trout), 5 km from the Beffou Forest, and 10 km from the Coat Noz Forest.
The Pink Granite Coast is about 30 km away, and the sea is about 20 km away (Saint-Michel-en-Grève). This is a great place to relax or to use as a base for exploring northern Brittany: the Breton islands (Bréhat, Batz, Ouessant...), Lannion with its town centre and market (every Thursday), Morlaix, Landerneau and its exhibition, the Monts d’Arrée…
It has 3 bedrooms. The first has two 80x200 beds pushed together, the second has a 140 bed and a cot, and the third has two 90 beds.
