New single storey house in a quiet area, sea view, facing south and surrounded by a garden. Located 7 minutes walk from Kersiny beach and the GR 34, as well as close to shops, bakery 500m.

Possible activities : hiking, biking, canoeing,paddleboarding, visiting charming villages such as Pont-Croix, Locronan, and the island of Sein...

In the house, you will find : -A room consisted a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and an office area.
-A bedroom with 1.40 x 2 m bed.

Perfekter Urlaub zu zweit

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast bei Frau le Roux und konnten die Zeit zur Entspannung nutzen. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber. Es ist "nett" eingerichtet. Geschirr- und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem perfekt für ein Aufenthalt zu zweit.Vielen Dank nochmals an Frau le Roux, dass wir eine wundervolle Woche in ihrem Haus verbringen konnten.

Très bonne semaine, la maison est conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse, propre et calme, à 10 minutes de la plage à pieds. Dommage que l'extérieur ne soit pas aménagé.

Komfortables Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig; Modernes Bad, komfortable, sehr gut ausgestattete offene Küche. Schöne Lage. Terrasse und Grünfläche vor dem Haus könnten schöner sein, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Sehr gute Bäckerei zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Agréable et reposant dans une région très belle

J'ai vécu un séjour très agréable dans cette location malgré une météo pas toujours très bonne. Les environs sont très plaisant, notamment les magnifiques promenades en bord de mer qui offraient une vue imprenable. Cette partie du Finistère est très jolie avec de nombreux sur à visiter (pointe du Raz, île de Sein...) La maison est tout simplement parfaite : impeccable en termes de propreté, confortable et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est attentionnée, soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location à tous ceux qui veulent passer agréable et reposant moment.

tolles Haus

Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Plouhinec ist ein guter Start für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Vom Haus aus kann man gut verschiedene Teilstücke des GR 34 (sentier littoral) erwandern.

Ideale Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Der Aufenthalt in Poulgoazec war perfekt von Anfang bis Ende: von Mme. Roux wurden wir herzlich begrüsst und während unserer Zeit vor Ort bei Fragen sofort unterstützt. In dem Ferienhaus mit Garage durften wir über alle Annehmlichkeiten und Gebrauchsgegenstände verfügen, die man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Alles, insbesondere in der fabelhaften Küche, war in bestem Zustand: Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Microwelle und Spülmaschine. Bad/Toilette waren ebenfalls sehr sauber, gross und mit Fenster. Eine Waschmaschine machte unser Glück perfekt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die Ferien zu geniessen: einen Bäcker nur 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, wandern entlang der Küste mit sensationellen Aussichten, schwimmen/baden im Meer nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Mit anderen Worten: wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl dieser Ferienwohnung.
