Modern house for 8 at 400m from the beach

Magnificent seaside house, new, and fully equipped, rated 3 stars in tourist accommodation classification. It is located 400m from the Koréjou bay, in Plouguerneau. An idyllic place to spend holidays with friends or family, by the sea!

At your disposal, you will have a fully enclosed garden consisting of a grassy area, a pétanque pitch and a tarmac car park.

On the terrace you can share moments with family or friends around a barbecue or in the private jacuzzi (available from May to September).

On the ground floor, you will find a magnificent open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Cookeo food processor, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils) leading to a beautiful dining room and its adjacent living room. You will also discover a large master suite with a Queen size bed 160*200cm and its shower room. An independent toilet will complete the ground floor.

The living room and dining room are bathed in light, and open onto a large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the sun.

On the first floor, there are 2 double rooms, the first equipped with a Queen size bed 160*200cm and the second equipped with a double bed 140*190cm, as well as a room with two single beds 90*190cm. To complete the floor, you will have access to a bathroom and an independent toilet.

For added convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer and barbecue will be at your disposal during your stay;

Séjour agréable

Grande maison avec beaux volumes, au calme, le jacuzzi est un plus Manque sèche serviette dans les salles de bain et un peu juste en batterie de cuisine. L'allée mériterait d'être finie.
