Eco-renovated cottage of 82 m² warm and comfortable, just steps from the GR 34 between Fort Bertheaume and Pointe Saint-Mathieu, Plougonvelin.
After a complete restoration in 2018, the Grange Neuve has made a beauty to welcome you, in a friendly and timeless atmosphere, a bit vintage, but all charming, the time of holidays, a weekend or for any other short trip.
On both levels, the Grange Neuve offers:
• A large living room-living room of 43 m² with direct access to its south terrace.
• A fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
• Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin

• A bedroom with 1 queen size bed 160 * 200, with a breathtaking view of the Tas-de-Pois, and Pointe du Raz
• A room with 2 beds of 90 * 200 can be transformed into a king size bed

Séjour parfait

Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un magnifique séjour. L’accueil de Marie-Pierre est très chaleureux, la vue et le jardin sont incroyables et la maison a été rénovée avec un soin apporté à chaque détail. Chacun des meubles et des objets ont été chinés ou sélectionnés avec beaucoup de goût et dans le souci d’une démarche responsable. Par ailleurs, Marie-Pierre et son mari laissent généreusement à disposition de leurs hôtes un grand nombre de produits et cela participe au sentiment de se sentir chez soi et merveilleusement bien dans cette charmante maison.
