- Charming seaside house ideally located 200m from the water on Launay beach, facing the island of Bréhat in Ploubazlanec, 4km from the Bréhat ferry terminal, 3km from shops and 6km from the port of Paimpol. Enclosed garden and private tree-shaded terrace. Come and discover the gentle sea air on our Côtes-d'Armor beaches in an atypical and vintage setting, a journey through time and nature to be enjoyed in every season. The house has a ground-floor bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, vintage SMEG refrigerator), dining room/living room with TV, DVD player, board games, and game console. The house is heated by oil and also has a fireplace to enhance your cosy evenings (firewood is not provided or available in winter in large stores). surfaces) PGJyPg Upstairs, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180/200). PGJyPg The terrace is equipped with a spa, maintained and made available on request PGJyPg by the owners. We fill it and prepare the temperature on request. The garden is enclosed and wooded. Pets are accepted but must be declared in your reservation.

Beau séjour aux « petits pieds dans l’eau »!
Belle maison bien équipée et très bien située les petits pieds dans l’eau! Bel emplacement près de la plage et au départ de belles balades. Jacuzzi pour se détendre. Caroline est à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Cidre et crêpes offerts à notre arrivée. Séjour apaisant et relaxant. À refaire.

Un super séjour dans le gîte de Caroline.Très sympathique et réactive.Je recommande ce gîte, très bien placé.À 30 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère pour Bréhat!
