The cottage is as follows: - On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge. Large bay windows overlook the green space and the summer lounge. A double bedroom (160 x 190 cm bed) with a shower room. A separate toilet. - On the first floor: a mezzanine with a separate toilet and a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and its private bathroom with toilet, two other bedrooms with a 160 x 190 cm bed, and the fourth bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds. A foosball table and a ping-pong table are available. Parking is available on the property. Large, private, enclosed grounds of 1,500 m². A garage is provided. The house is adjoining the owners' house. The entrances are separate. To enjoy "the countryside at the gateway to the Gulf," Ploeren is the place to stay. Between the indented islets of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the vast coastal beaches, and the wild coast of the Quiberon Peninsula, there's no shortage of panoramic views! For sightseeing and leisure activities, you're just a stone's throw from Vannes, a lively medieval town, as well as Lorient, famous for its Interceltic Festival, skippers, and large catamarans. As you can see, this rental is close to many of South Brittany's must-see sites. Let yourself be tempted by this characterful farmhouse, combining authenticity and contemporary decor, Clos du Guern is a holiday home offering spacious rooms.
