Small House 'Gite Ty Coz - Beach 5min by Car' with Shared Terrace

Large old farmhouse dating from 1811, typical of the Pays Bigouden region.



Located on our organic dairy farm, this house is offered as part of a sustainable economy approach. You will find a very simple, authentic setting, with only the essentials and rustic decoration.



Baby equipment is available: cot, changing table, high chair.



The gîte has a large 70 m² room on the ground floor (all bedrooms are upstairs), as well as a spacious 200 m² courtyard (former farmyard) which, although not private, is at your disposal for outdoor meals and leisure.



A large shed is available for you to park cars, boats, and trailers.



Organic dairy products made on the farm are offered: milk, butter, yogurt, fromage blanc, apple juice, available for an extra fee.



The beach is 15 minutes away by bike or 6 minutes by car.



There is no Wifi, but 4G is accessible on your smartphone, which is ideal for disconnecting.



This accommodation is suitable for those seeking simplicity, tranquility, and space.
