On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, exceptional open kitchen: five-burner range cooker with two ovens, solid wood butcher’s block, friendly central island, all opening onto a bright dining area and a characterful living room with terracotta tiles, wooden interior shutters, and a wood stove. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bathroom with a two-person whirlpool tub, a toilet, and a functional, elegant laundry room.
