Country house located near Dinard, in an old farmhouse close to the sea and living in the immediate vicinity of the Richardais. Its location makes it easy to reach the roads leading in particular to Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire or even Saint-Briac.

Extérieur très agréable, salon de jardin, table de ping-pong et grand jardin. Environnement calme. Les placards pourraient être plus propres. Petite salle de bain sans étagère ou espace pour laisser les trousses de toilettes et étendre/ pendre les serviettes de bain, surtout pour 5 personnes. Bonne location par rapport à St-Malo, Dinan et Dinard.

Très beau et agréable séjour

Nous avons logé 4 nuits dans ce gîte et nous avons passé un excellent moment. La maison est spacieuse, les extérieurs sont très agréables (terrasse, immense jardin) et tout ce qui est nécessaire dans une maison est mis à disposition du vacancier. De plus, la situation est juste parfaite (à 15 minutes de Saint-Malo et Dinan, à 10 minutes de Dinard et des plages). Si à l'avenir nous décidons de retourner dans cette magnifique région, ce sera dans ce gîte !

Maison très calme

Nous venons pour la deuxième fois. La maison est au calme à la campagne mais seulement à 15 mn en voiture de superbes plages de sable fin. La région est magnifique : Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel et bien d'autres sites merveilleux. Maison confortable et agréable, je recommande.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach San Marlo, Dinard, Mnt. St. Michel, etc. Einzig der Checkin-Vorgang ist etwas komisch, da kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Das Haus war offen und die Übergabe erfolgte per kurzer handschriftlicher Notiz. Aber ansonsten ein schönes Haus mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Belle région

Le gîte est au calme à la campagne à quinze minutes en voiture de superbes plages de sable fin. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région qui est magnifique ! Le gîte est fonctionnel pour quatre, très bonne literie, manque peut être une table à l’intérieur car sinon juste un îlot central assez étroit et lorsqu'il pleut pour des jeux de société par exemple ce serait bien pratique ! L’extérieur est parfait, belle table, super barbecue, ping pong et de l'espace aménagé pour jouer au foot, au volley, les enfants étaient ravis. L’accueil est simple, discret mais très efficace et sympathique néanmoins et permet l'essentiel. Un gîte que nous recommandons fortement !

Idéal pour les visites

Le logement est proche des lieux à visiter dans la région (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Mt St Michel.....). Il est isolé et très calme avec un grand jardin parfait pour jouer au foot. Quelques brochures touristiques d'information et une véritable table seraient les bienvenues. Séjour très agréable dans cette maison.

sehr ruhige Lage, Besitzer wohnt in der anderen Haushälfte, gut funktionierendes Wlan, gute Betten, sehr steile Treppe ins OG, wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten damit prima im Ort einkaufen, das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer, aber auch ins Landesinnere, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, gute Tischtennisplatte im Hof, wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen dort !

Un agreable séjour à la campagne et si proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gite très spacieux et bien équipé, avec également une grande terrasse. Le gite été rénové récemment préservant un style ancien avec poutres et anciens outils en déco. Il est idéalement situé à la campagne dans une ancienne ferme, au calme. En quelques minutes, on est au bord de la mer, à Dinard par exemple avec vue imprenable sur St Malo, un régal ! La région dans son ensemble offre de belles découvertes, entre le Cap Fréhel et le Mont St Michel, on n'a pas le temps de s'ennuyer. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons sur la côte maintenant que nous connaissons ce gite.
