- Passive architect's house, a large living room and lots of light. 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, Wifi, equipped kitchen, large garden. Ideal for family with children (trampoline, swing...) close to all shops and beaches of St Brieuc. Minimum rental 6 days
In St Laurent de la Mer, Near St Brieuc (Côtes d'Armor), large new and modern architect's house 400 m from the beach. Close to all shops. Very quiet, in a pretty green residential area with small paths allowing short walks in peace.
