The towels were old and had that whitish-greyish colour, in one of the bathrooms there was a dirty floor towel, and in the kitchen 3 coffee plates weren’t well badly washed and stained. There Was no hot water, we didn’t have the time to tell them as we went out after the reception staff left for the day.
