Plaza Tecámac Power Center Tours and Activities

Had a really great stay here! The hotel was nice, comfortable, and in a great location. Housekeeping was great, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. I also tried the massage service which was excellent and such a relaxing experience. Only small note for makeup wearers: I’d recommend bringing a makeup mirror or small ring light. The bathroom lighting wasn’t the best for getting ready, and every time I got in the elevator I realized I couldn’t fully see my makeup application in the room lighting Overall though, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

My stay was overall wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property was very nice. One area for improvement would be guest communication. I felt that little information was provided about the amenities and activities available during my stay, and I would have appreciated a more personalized welcome or overview upon arrival. While the staff was courteous, I sometimes felt overlooked and had to figure out many things on my own. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.
