The garage door for the parking would not work and we were stuck in the garage for 30 minutes with no answer at the front desk phone. The female front desk agent was unpleasant , unwelcoming and would not listen when we told her the garage door would not open. Why is the out door pool closed without providing notice to the guest? We would have booked somewhere else if we knew the outdoor pool would be closed."
