"The fact that is was so quiet, and in a good location, easy walking distance to the Plaza Mayor, bus station with a very good supermarket. The staff were extremely helpful - very impressed of the umbrellas when it was raining. Would highly recommend it to anyone."

Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I had purchased the package that included parking and breakfast, and it was perfect! The team also assisted us with charging our electric vehicle, which was greatly appreciated since it was my first time renting one and I didn’t realize I needed a card to scan. Our room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The bar area was also a highlight—the drinks and food were fantastic. The only small detail I missed was having a tissue box in the room, which most hotels usually provide. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
