"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Pros: 1) helpful staff; 2) strong air con; 3) good value breakfast; 4) good bathroom facilities, no plumbing blockage Cons: 1) all black interior in corridors and staircases potential tripping hazards and a challenge in case of power outage and guests have to rely on emergency lighting; 2) very min amenities, I asked for a box of tissue and was told the hotel wouldn't provide. Overall an impression of well functioning student-y accommodation."
