"El hotel habitación está bien pero si recomiendo a la demás gente que entra a su app que se cuiden de dejar objetos y cosas de valor porque el que hace el aseo de las habitaciones es un tranza le robo 700 pesos a mi pareja y lógicamente el hotel no se hace responsable de lo que te roben y la verdad no conviene hospedarse en ese hotel para que no sufran este tipo de urtos mejor busquen otras opciones ni siquiera le llamaron la atención al de la limpieza de los cuartos combcomviene...

Buena atención del personal.
Lo malo: falta alumbrado, en área de alberca y pasillos.

"El hotel cumple con lo que dice, la habitación estaba perfecta con vista al mar, en general está bien, se nota que aún siguen trabajando en algunos arreglos, la única nota mala es que estando en la playa ofrecen un “servicio de fotografía” SIN COSTO, haces la sesión de fotos y cuando te muestran las fotos te comentan que hay paquetes dependiendo del número que quieras escoger, los paquetes son 25 fotos por 2500, 20 fotos por 2000 y 15 fotos por 1500, me molesta que mientan en la descripción del servicio y los precios exagerados, claro que no compramos nada y ellos están trabajando del hotel con conocimiento de ellos para laborar, uno de los argumentos fue que es un servicio para huéspedes del hotel "

"I love a hotel with character. I’m not about posh. I’m all about areas to relax and flora and fauna. This hotel was great stop for us along our journey. Would be a great place to enjoy a longer stay also. The staff was amazingly helpful with all things. We had some takeout and she helped us get plates and refreshments. A great woman with a great sense for hospitality and service. "
