The property is right by the beach, however it isnt fot for everyone to go swimming in, especially kids. The pool was great and the room was as described in the listing. Overall a positive experience.

El alojamiento fue muy bueno, las habitaciones son exactamente como en las fotos, el servicio del personal en el restaurante fue excelente, todos muy atentos y amables, está a pie de playa y es una zona bastante tranquila, la playa está casi vacía por lo que puedes relajarte aún más.

Solo había un enchufe en el cuarto un ventilador pequeño había muchas arañas a las cuál les tengo fobia no tenía ventanas para sentirte segura y por no tener ventanas solo mosquiteros el aire que aventaba al ventilador no quedaba en la habitación muy inseguro sin luz en la entrada no en la alberca

Un exelente lugar alejado de el ruido de el centro de acapulco muy perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de el mar de pie de la cuesta Muchisimos lugares cercanos para comer comida local y deliciosa. Llegue temprano y a pesar de que el check in era mas tarde a las 3pm ellos me dejaron entrar a las 9 sin costo extra muchas gracias El personal muy amable y atentos el lugar en si es algo basico nada de lujos pero cuenta con lo necesario y muy limpio y ordenado y de noche lo unico que escuchas es el sonido relajante de las olas de el mar....Lo unico que me gustaria es que Tuvieran mas iluminado por la noche una o 2 lamparas a la entrada por la playa serian geniales...muchas gracias

El lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo por la noche, aunque no me gustó que apagaran por completo todas las luces de la palapa y la enramada de la playa, lo que limitó poder disfrutar la arena de noche. La comida no fue tan buena en el restaurant del hotel, si no quieren comer mariscos recomiendo ir a la avenida que queda a 5min caminando, tanto de día como de noche hay venta de alimentos muy ricos.

De la bienvenida no me puedo quejar, necesita una buena fumigación ya que encontré insectos (cucarachas) en el lavabo, en laparedes y arañas una buena fumigación no le caería mal. Que amplíen el horario del restaurante, y no conté con clave de wi-fi. Agradezco la ubicación tiene una vista hermosa. Estoy decepcionado

It is in a good location, the staff is amazingly friendly and the rooms are comfortable. No air conditiong or hot water, but they have fans and it is super hot here anyway, so a hot shower isnt really necessary

Fue una experiencia agradable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, solo hubo problemas con su menú de comida, ya que tienen precios que nos son los correctos, al momento de pagar era más, pero ellos nos lo resolvieron con mucho gusto, la playa es muy linda y silenciosa, si buscan un poco de relajación y sielencio, es perfecto.
