"What a wonderful stay!! From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel special, and that added to exactly why we were there - for three days of complete and utter relaxation away from work! Everyone was so kind and they took time to talk to us and get to know us. Gina was our waitress for all the days we were poolside, and she’s an absolute gem! She would chat with us about the area, which made us get out and explore a bit (although not too much, as the amenities are wonderful on site, so we wanted to take full advantage). But she was delightful and helpful, and seeing her each day was a joy. As for the food…I’m not a buffet fan, but this was incredible! So many options for all three meals, and each cooked beautifully. I like a bit more heat with my meals, but I understand why seasoning when cooking in bulk is at a minimum, but they have all the additions you could possibly want to make the dish your own. We did book the Mexican restaurant one evening, and it was delicious! Crab enchiladas are a no-brainer! The amount of fresh crab in them was insane!! We had a wonderful experience in a gorgeous ocean facing suite, watching the sunset with the cargo ships in the background. Exactly what we needed, and 10/10 will put this place on our rotation for a lovely little getaway!"

"Food was horrendous… thy have elevator jazz music playing while there is house music blasting at the pool and you hear them both together and it’s the worst thing ever "

"Air conditioning in our area worked well, disliked the room conditions: smelled like mold, shower tile slippery, wall paint was cracking and falling off. Pre-checkin was at 12pm, & when we actually went to check in at 3pm our room numbers totally changed were given rooms they did not ensure enough space for all of our family members. We booked 3 seperate rooms, we requested help for an elderly adult that needed assistance becoming of stairs and they had no easy access. Gave us rooms too high up that did not accommodate. Food was okay, very limited, alot of repetitive foods from all day. Dry noodles for kids, & quesadillas. "

"This hotel needs to be upgraded. You can tell that nothing has been done in a long time. The card to the room wouldn’t work. The shower didn’t have a shower head. I had been at this hotel when it had a different name and that was a 5 star hotel back in the day. The current hotel is like a 3 star. It is deteriorating."

La comida y las bebidas deliciosas y to-do El staff son muy amables y atentos a todo lo que necesitas. Lo unico que me gustaria que incluyeran son una plancha y ganchos para la ropa pero todo lo demas fue Perfecto. Definitivamente vamos a regresar."

"A lovely place to stay for our first time in Manzanillo. The villa accommodations are comfortable and the deck and palapa and pool feel so luxurious. Ayelet was very responsive and would check in to see how our stay was going. We were not very organized and she helped make snorkeling and massage arrangements for us adding to the fun of our vacation. Linda is so kind and gave us a drive to the bus depot at the end of our stay. We felt like we were with family! Thank you! "
