I wanted to like this hotel but there was no elevator and the hotel was about four floors all stairs. The WiFi did not work. There was NO Hot water and there was no hand towels. The staff was not the nicest either. I would not come back

For the price this is a very nice hotel, we are at the end of just over two weeks of travel around Mexico. This hotel came in second of 4 hotels we stayed at. More maintenance and paint and it could charge twice as much!

We found hairs in the linens, room was not that cleaned. Restroom smelled and a/c did not work.

A/c didn’t work well. Ceiling fan didn’t work. Pillows and beds were terrible. We asked if there was anything that could be done or if we could cancel and they refused to allow that. Never again.

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.

El clima hacía un ruido muy fuerte, lo reportamos y no sirvió de nada, y aparte por una pequeña mancha de maquillaje nos cobraron 200 pesos por que disque no tienen para lavar ese tipo de cosas

Hola. El hotel Costa Brava excelente! Muy bonito Muy bien las instalaciones. Llegamos y el personal de Recepción muy amable. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. En general todo el personal nos atendió muy bien. Y del buffet: sabroso y variado. También el personal de buffet muy amables. En pocas palabras, estuvimos muuuy a gusto. Felicitaciones al hotel Costa Brava 👍👍
