2 Night Stay in Playa Del Carmen.

Was a pleasant 2 nights stay. Lovely property. The drom beds are bit hard ,but I slept well,was nice a quiet. Loved that they provided a towel. Staff are all very nice and helpful. My favourite of the stay is the lovely at 😃

I stayed at the lodge for 4 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt totally safe here. The location is perfect—close enough to 5th Ave. to be convenient but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with loud music all night. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was a must since I was working here. A few things to note: There’s construction across the street that’s pretty loud during the day, and the showers only have cold water. The place could definitely use some updates—like fixing the broken door knob and adding another curtain to fully cover the windows. Even with these small issues, I still felt safe thanks to the staff. The price is a little high for what it is, especially since it could use a bit of a refresh. But the great staff, safe location, and a solid Wi-Fi connection made it worth it for me.

We didn't spend any time using their facility, but I can see how it would appeal to some people with its relaxing lobby feel, available board games, yoga classes, and bar/kitchen. Decent location but not for light sleepers. Vehicle noise or loud people on the street seems to easily penetrate the thin windows. Maybe it didn't help that my room window had an old crack (very large spider shape). The TV didn't have local programming, only Netflix was available but very slow. Nice that beach towels were made available, but bring your own shampoo and hair blow drier.

Lamentablemente asqueroso

hablamos un día antes para comentarles que llegaríamos a las 4 de la mañana ya que solo lo ocuparíamos para dormir, nos dijeron que no había problema e inclusive me dijeron que lo tenían anotado, Al llegar a Playa del Carmen pusimos la ubicación como aparece en hoteles.com y nos llevó a una calle atrás del hotel tuvimos que caminar buscando la calle, cuando llegamos al hostal nos atendió un chico que no sabía que llegaríamos, y nos dijo que no le avisaron, al entrar al cuarto solo había una chica dormida (era un cuarto para seis personas) pero todo estaba completamente sucio y las camas no estaban tendidas eran los puros colchones Que estaban demasiado sucios con Manchas de sangre :/ el host nos llevo unas sábanas y aunque la reservación era para dos solo ocupamos una cama por que la otra si nos dio demasiado asco, no había papel de baño en el baño despertamos a las 8 de la mañana para irnos cuando salimos ey estábamos en la recepcion nos percatamos que la chica que estaba dormida en el cuarto fue un poco grosera y era quien tenia todo tirado platos sucios ropa por todos lados era host en el hostal la verdad fue terrible la experiencia y no lo recomiendo por nada a nadie.

Bueno : el personal amable y amigable, tratan de ayudarte en lo que pueden, limpieza bien (aunque solo un día nos dejaron toalla de manos y los otros días no) habitaciones cómodas , muy buena ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida pero lejos del ruido del antro, puedes descansar muy bien. El concepto en general del hotel es muy bueno. Puntos a mejorar: necesitan una renovación en toallas ya que estaban ya rasposas y manchadas; ganchos para colgar la ropa (especialmente la húmeda), secadora (solo tenían 2,una la prestaron sin pedirla de vuelta , lo cual creo deberían hacer ya que es de uso para todas las habitaciones y otra con enchufe europeo siendo que en México no se usan coneccciones europeas). Si nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí nuevamente.

lovely place bathroom brilliant with high powered shower Close to 5th Ave but quite a great sanctuary.No lockers in the dorms but I believe you can leave your valuables at reception.Lovely roof kitchen space and clothes drying area could have done with more seating up there guys.Fabian was great for any info needed and really friendly and helpful

He visitado en varias ocasiones este establecimiento, a diferencia de otros el ambiente de hospitalidad es muy bueno, solo le hace falta algo de mantenimiento, pero por lo demás muy recomendable, hace falta que renueven los enseres de cocina.

Room was just okay. Thought we were getting queen w/ balcony but no just queen. They do have a roof top you can go sit on but again that is for everyone. Inside pool that was not filled. IDK what all that was about. This is a place you stay for good location & easy access to the shops, mall, food places, bars, etc. Again this is a place you sleep, shower & explore the city
