This brand new condo is located in the downtown area of Playa del Carmen, a few steps from the local airport, supermarkets, restaurants, and commercial stores. Zulim condos has a modern design with an elevator overlooking a vertical garden. There are many museums nearby, and the beach is within easy walking distance. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

Things to Know
- During your stay, please be mindful of electricity use as resource conservation is important to us. Turn off the lights and A/C whenever you are not occupying the vacation home.
- There is free, convenient street Parking in front of the building. Please be mindful of local traffic laws in Playa del Carmen. Consider street safety, avoid leaving personal belongings inside vehicles unattended.
