Pretty much just as advertised. Very nice property manager named Jessica. King suite with balcony was a good size and climate control worked great. Eli the house keeper was also very nice. House keeping appears to be on request. I only requested it once. The construction of a large condo opposite the balconies is loud but only occurs during the day Monday-Saturday. If patio doors are closed you cannot hear it. The only real issue I had was with the apartment electronic door lock which was unreliable as far as gaining entry which made me nervous about leaving as the maintenance guy would probably only be available during daytime. I’m sure they will get that fixed up and that will not be an issue. I would stay again… especially after the large neighbouring condo is completed.
