This hotel was good. I really liked it. When I read the other reviews I was alittle concerned but once we got there it was not as bad as the reviews were. It had minor things, but nothing that would ruin your trip or stay. The location was nice too. Unless your someone who likes quite vibes than this place is not for you. I really enjoyed my stay here. The beach was super close as well. Only thing was that they did not have a fridge. Highly recommended place to stay

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs The hotel I originally booked was closed, and I was redirected to another hotel from the same chain, “Cabia,” which was in absolutely awful condition. The pool was disgusting, the room was extremely dirty, the service was poor, the sheets were stained, and the entire hotel was in terrible shape. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be listed on Experian’s site or receive any kind of recommendation. Completely unacceptable.
Towels we couldn’t use them. I had to go to the store and buy a new towel.
Most of the curtains for the bedroom are stains

I like that i was able to get a room same day. They have no face towels and the drying towels are very dingy. The furniture is very old and rusty. This is NOT a VIP hotel. Its cery convenient to everything.

The room: no much water, the smell coming out of the drain was disgusting, really old broken with holes towels and they didn’t want to change until the next day of cleaning. Pool: dirty, dangerous pieces coming out. I requested to have other towels, another room because of the smell, and they didn’t do anything. They said “that’s what you paid for, there is no more rooms” however the hotel was kinda empty and many empty rooms (windows open and you can see it)….

The receptionist was very rude and had a serious attitude. We did not recant upgrade benefits, the hotel must be removed from any kind of recommendation, the manager is never available, complete mismanagement. No basic amenities, no refrigeration, microwave, no coffee maker. This place is ridiculously expensive and cannot provide basic amenities

The pictures need to be updated, Property needs a lot of improvement. Pools had low water and were dirty, showers water pressure kept turning off, no ice machines, no coffee makers, hotel room 307 floors always felt dirty and oily. I never received a room upgrade nor a complimentary breakfast. Don’t know what’s VIP about it.

this hotel is like a person putting some makeup without taking a shower A: the room has a window to the hallway covered with a plastic SEE THRU mesh LIKE SLEEPING IN A STREETHE POOL IS SO DIRTY THE WHITE WALLS ARE NOW DARK GRAY THEY HAVE 5 LOUNGE CHAIRS ALL BROKEN THE FLOOR IN THE ROOM SO DUSTY YOU FEEL LIKE WALKING ON SAND hotels.com or Expedia has the OBLIGATION to notify the customers of all this and more as they don't care and will see the outcome

IN FASHION - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

AWFUL!!! Do not waste your money here!!! NO REFRIGERATOR NO PHONE CALLS OUT NO HELP TO YOUR ROOM NO AMENITIES WHATSOEVER NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH! NO ICE AT ALL!! TOWELS AND LINENS ARE DINGY & SEMI DIRTY AND ITS OBVIOUS THEY USE THE CHEAPEST SOAP AND THE BARE MINIMUM TO CLEAN THEM! $10 - $15 deposit for a beach towel which are also dingy and lastly both pools were not well kept and neither are deep enough to actually swim in it!! Do not stay here!!!

Hotel lacks basic amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. They did upgrade to a family suite but no amenities. When asked to speak with the manager, staff said Manager is not available. Seems the management is very poor and the manager wants to always run away from issues rather than communicating and solving. We had 2 bookings for the same room, the lady at the check in confirmed we could stay for 2 days, but then the second day another lady at work said we could not stay and moved us into a standard room Serious lack of communication and a total mismanaged hotel! Look at other options as this place is not worth for the exorbitant prices they charge and don’t even provide basic amenities
