Otimo custo x beneficio

Hotel simples e muito bem localizado. Recepção muito atenciosa e simpática. Os quartos possuem um pouco de umidade, o que pra mim que sou alérgica é um ponto importante. Porém a recepção foi muito solicita e nos levou para ver os quartos disponiveis, pra que pudessemos escolher a melhor opção. O caminho do hotel a 5• Av é muito iluminado e não tivemos problemas para ir e vir a noite. Recomendo!

They have black mold. I checked in and after a few minutes I realized that there’s a lot of black mold on the ceiling. I asked to be moved to another room, but there was still some black mold. I refused to stay because it’s dangerous for the health. Still waiting on my refund because this hotel doesn’t want to give you refunds knowing that the condition of the properties aren’t good.

Beware skimmer ? More tax ? Twice paying

All good room had ac and dehumidifier real big help with elderly, asthma people. But one negative, after show my receipt from internet prints ,full paid .lady reception ask pay 81 pesos tax more?? I did, no receipt just a smile?? but wonder is she skimmer ? Scams? Others didn't.

Quiet and clean but the room was damp all through out my stay and there is a musty smell because of it. That's why they always leave the AC and fan on after they clean it.

This is NOT as represented AT ALL on your website. No large door window as seen here in picture. I had a small opaque window that opened to a block wall less than 1 foot away. If there were an emergency (like fire) I could have never escaped. Further, a tin cover on top of the wall and it was noisy when debris and/or rain fell. Floors not clean. Bath towel with holes, I could go on and on.

In general it was ok. But the bathroom was a little bit off. Shower didn't work well, towels were old and with holes, no windows in the room. The room didn't have cozy vibes.

Not worth the effort

The staff were amazing, helpful and polite every step of the way. The neighbor was quant and reasonably safe. The hotel room was nothing like what is pictured. the black mold on the walls was scary. If they offer you room 208 don't stay there.

Súper mal la plomeria. La primera noche sin poder controlar el agua fría ni caliente. En la mañana siguiente ya de plano sin agua en todo el baño. El wc no se puede ni usar propiamente por que no te puedes ni sentar bien, la puerta corrediza del baño está literalmente tocando el wc . Solo había un rollo de papel de baño ya a la mitad. Una ves más que fuéramos al baño , nos quedábamos sin papel. Cuarto de buen tamaño, sábanas limpias y aire acondicionado funcionando bien.

La ubicación permite llegar a todo caminando, recomendado si no buscas lujos, sino un lugar para descansar cómodamente y sin el ruido de la 5ta Avenida y ahorrar dinero. Buena relación calidad precio, recomendado.
