The best area for those who want to be close to all the excitement and fun but also be able to sleep somewhere quiet at night. This place has a gated parking lot for our rental car which saved a lot of worry, and the hotel is right next to the convenience store for a quick bite. It is not far away from Playa Del Carmen, being no more than a 10-minute walk to 5th Ave / ocean where everything is. The area is well-lit and feels extremely safe, and we would love bring our families here next time. Staff was extremely sweet, speaking English and Spanish alike. The person who was in charge of our stay was new yet the most welcoming and most amazing person imaginable.

Good frontdesk but not cleaned

Cons:- Bed wasn't cleaned or bedsheets were not changed, 1am shouting voice from some customers, water stoped during bath (another person went down and asked front desk, they fixed). Pros:- frontdesk people nice and friendly with smily face, quick check in, alowed me to park my car inside gated area , offered one more day for less price than online.

I was basically happy with the room ect. I booked this particular hotel because it advertised an elevator. It has an elevator, but it has been out of commission for over a year. I am 72 years old and have a few mobility problems. The staff was accommodating and gave us a room on the second floor, meaning that I would only have to navigate one set of stairs. It was still difficult at times, especially in the heat.

The room was ok. Chain in the toilet had snapped so it didn’t flush. No biggie. Shower leaked water all over the floor. Again, no biggie. The worst part was the noise. My room was across the street from a truck loading facility. Seemed like it was active all night. But over all the hotel was nice and clean. Comfy beds.

Worst night of sleep in a long time. First, not sure if this is the case in all rooms--but there was an access door in our room that was secured by a small bolt. If you open this door, you can see straight down to the parking lot. A huge hole in the floor, large enough for a person to fit through. There was a second access door that had a key lock and we heard some type of animal behind that door... birds maybe? Again, probably no barrier between the floor and the parking below, so easy access for people or animals. We literally piled our suitcases next to these doors as an extra barricade. As if thinking someone might come through the wall wasn't enough--the hallway is extremely loud. We were next to the elevator and could hear each time someone arrived & wheeled their suitcase down the echo-y hall. Lastly--not that this was the fault of the hotel (although a less loud hall would help)--but at 1 am, after I had finally drifted off and stopped thinking about that access door... then I woke up to someone knocking on doors. At first, it sounded like they were going room to room knocking. But then they started BANGING on a door near ours and yelling. This went on for at least ten minutes. The way the sound travels in the echo-y hallway, it still sounded like they were moving to different doors. I finally woke up my husband certain that they would get to our door eventually. Thankfully, they didn't. But still. WORST night of sleep. Staff was nice though and it was clean-ish

Lo único rescatable de este lugar es que tiene varios restaurantes cercanos, por lo demás está pésimo, baños con moho, colchas sucias, habitación con mucha luz y no se puede descansar, se negaron rotundamente a entregarme una factura, la persona del check out dice que Expedia les paga menos y que por eso no me pueden dar mi factura, me mostró el monto que Expedia les paga y le pedí la factura aunque sea por ese monto y aún así no me la quiso dar, definitivamente NO recomiendo este lugar.

ABUSIVOS Y SINVERGÜENZAS

Es la peor experiencia con una reservación en línea que haya tenido, reservé para los días 1 y 2 de agosto, mi vuelo lo cambió la aerolínea del 1 al 2, llamé para cancelar o mover los día pero como elegí la tarifa mas baja me explicaron no era posible, perfecto no hay problema tenía mi reservación aclaro ya pagada para el día 2 y yo me movía a otro hotel el 3, perfecto. llego al hotel el 2 no el 1 por lo que mencione del vuelo y cual es mi sorpresa que la recepcionista me dice que mi habitación YA PAGADA no está disponible porque no llegué el 1, le digo "bueno, ya que ustedes están cobrando esa habitacion dos veces (por hoteles.com y al cliente que le rentaste mi habitación) devuélveme el dinero" no, no se puede es su respuesta, "pero estás recibiendo el doble por esa habitación" "no, no puedo" me vuelve a decir, "comunicame con el gerente" (no estaba porque eran ya las 9pm con mi familia y el equipaje) me señala un numero en un papel y me dice que ese es su teléfono que le marque, nunca contestó, le digo comunicame tú, me dice que no le contesta y que no me puede devolver el dinero. Sé que muchosa dueños o administradores de estancias en zonas turísticas manejan 2 o mas lugares y le pregunto si no tiene otro lugar donde alojarnos, me dice que sí pero que tampoco puede ser porque son mas caros, en conclusión sus politicas y actuar es de PERSONAS ABUSIVAS Y VENTAJOSAS por no decir ladrones.

Hôtel à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la plage. Il y a une épicerie et toutes les commodités à proximité. Par contre, la literie aurait besoin d'un remplacement et l'insonorisation laisse à désirer.

El lugar esta muy bien para descansar, tiene estacionamiento, firgobar y el personal muy amable y atento, a una cuadra hay un Mega y alrededor muchas opciones de comida, esta cerca de la playa.
