Conviniently located to 5th Ave Majority of the staff were friendly except for 1 starr member who was rude .They offer a cleaning service everyday however my room was only cleaned once. Got bitten by mosquitoes in the room . for the price per night they could have offered a mini bar and coffee machine .

Had mould in my room, sheets had stains, bathrooms not clean and felt sticky. Pool was full of leaves and broken chairs. Staff were super nice and helpful and the location is great.

The room was not as pictured online. No microwave, no chairs, and the beds were not quite full size. Our room was right above 5th Ave and had no curtains! The HUGE, extremely bright neon lights from the mall across the street blared at us all night long! It's also very noisy, both in the hotel itself and from the street below.

When arrived there were no towels in the bathroom, the shower was falling apart, water would be warm first couple minutes and then cold, the mattresses were extremely dirty along with the sheets, the curtains were dirty. The area was loud and the pool was full of leaves. When the maid would clean up the sheets were not changed.

El hotel es pequeño pero cumple con su función, sin embargo la habitación está muy amplia, el baño es pequeño pero igual funcional, la alberca muy limpia igual que todas las instalaciones... El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, las camas muy cómodas y sobre todo el personal muy muy amable , te informan y explican todo muy bien.. lo único es que no cuentan con estacionamiento pero a media cuadra se puede dejar pagando parquímetro sin problema .. creo que muy buen precio pues está junto a la 5ta avenida y a dos cuadras de la playa ... Todo super !
