Das Personal im Hostel ist jung und motiviert, ich war dort rundum zufrieden. Die Stimmung war trotz Covid im Hostel gut, es war tatsächlich möglich die letzten Tage vor meinem Rückflug den Urlaub zu genießen. Es wurde täglich auch ein überraschend leckeres Abendessen angeboten. Preis/Leistung war vollkommen in Ordnung, ich komme gerne wieder.

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I have to say it was an amazing experience :-) first of all the location was perfect because it was literally in the heart of the street of the center of Playa del Carmen. Right where all the restaurants, shops and the disco's are located. The hostel itself was like an enclosed jungle, even with a pool, very clean, very friendly staff and other guests. The room was very clean and modern and the air conditioning cooled the room quickly. I didn't get a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast because I stayed out too late dancing at the disco's but the communal kitchen was clean and the other guests were respectful of the space. Even after the breakfast was over the staff let me use the coffee machine to brew my own coffee. I will definitely stay this hostel if I come back to Playa del Carmen! I highly highly recommend it!!

location is very central. But its located in a party area and its super noicy at night. Breakfast is scrambled eggs and coffie with milk and some banana and melon. Very nice staff but the rooms arent very clean. Sheets are clean but the bathroom wasnt cleaned very well. Dead flies on the shower walls which shows they have not been cleaned. We also had cockroaches in the bathroom...

Considerando calidad precio todo muy bien, nosotros nos quedamos 4 noches, viaje con una niña de 5 años y mi mamá de 60 y tantos, todo el personal se porto muy amable, el lugar está en medio de todo hay un estacionamiento a una cuadra, es muy rústico, y el ambiente está muy padre mi hija se metió al jacuzzi y le gusto mucho, probamos la comida que ofrecían como cena y todo muy bien... definitivamente regresaría

Its a hotel/backpacker hostel hybrid

The hostel is located in a very central area which was a plus. The only things that were bad with our stay there was the poor wifi connection throughout the hotel and the lack of hot water for almost all of our stay.

Hostal bien ubicado, muy cerca de 5a avenida.

Las instalaciones del hostal fuera de las habitaciones son muy lindas, tienen un toque bastante hippie, que en lo personal me gusta. Lo malo es que la limpieza de las sabanas y toallas era mala, no tiene TV, y los muebles son viejos y con animalitos.

The staff here are top notch, grounds and room well maintained and clean. Easy breezy atmosphere to just hang out. Community kitchen is great for the budget traveler. If noise is an issue for you, this is probably not the place for you. Visiting and nearby disco can go on until early morning hours and quiet will depend on the location of your room within the hotel and guests at the time. Doesn't matter to me, the hostel is charming and secure.

El primer día no había agua en la habitación. No salía agua caliente y las cañerías olían muy mal. El hotel su ubicación y el servicio en general es bueno pero el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear.
