The room was adequate - spacious enough, clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Alex at reception was friendly and informative, helping us with our bags and explaining everything about the hotel. Can't beat the location in a courtyard just off 5th Avenue. The place is very secure with a locked gate and 24 hour reception. However, we were kept awake by the loud music from a nearby club - until 3:30am. Don't know if this happens every night as we only stayed one night before our bus south.

lovely secluded spot on very busy 5th street. rooms and bathrooms could stand to be upgraded but overall very nice, quiet stay! Friendly staff and good gate security.

The room was clean and had all essentials. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is the best part, couldn’t get better, everything is close by. You get a very nice room that is clean with cold AC, an in-room safe and lovely courtyard surroundings for a price that just can’t be beat. You are in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just steps away from restaurants and bars and the beach. I would absolutely stay here again, I highly recommend this property.

Very adequate quaint and charming property with wonderful people. Hats off to Alex and Alvaro and Miguel who open the door every time with a smile on their face. Cleaning staff are thorough and lovely too. Hotel is such great value and convenient to everything. Can’t wait to go back

The unlike look of a Mediterranean style property was so relaxing the rooms need a little upgrading but in all it was a great experience. I will defiantly stay here again, I give it 5 stars

Very noicy nighttime because of loud music across the street until early morning. Earplugs is highly recommended. At checkout the receptionist had me wait until he checked my room which has nerver ever happened to me before. I am a women 65 years old, not the kind of guest that destroys hotelrooms.

This is a well-priced little hotel in the center of town, which means it can be noisy but that didn't bother us. They have great security. The courtyard is lovely. The rooms are older but the beds were fine an we did have hot water. Our room was quite large and we had air-conditioning in the bedroom which worked great. The wi-fi worked well. It was good for a moderate priced hotel, but could use some updating.

5番街沿いの奥まったところにあるアーティスティックなホテル。お部屋はキッチン付き、寝室別で結構広いです。Wi-Fiのは入りも良かったです！門は常に閉まっていますが、すぐそばがレセプションなので、24時間、オラ！と声をかければすぐに開けてくれます。ジャグジーは10時〜22時まで。ダイビングで冷えた体を温めるには最適で快適！ ランドリーサービスも利用しました。いくらか覚えてませんが、かなり安かったです。

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel

Super schön eingerichtete und großzüge Zimmer. Leider teilweise abends etwas lauter aufgrund der Nähe zur Haupt-Ausgehmeile (Ave 5) Dafür liegt es super zentral in Playa del Carmen und nah zum Strand, Shopping und zum ADO-Busbahnhof.

Estuvo bien. Lo que no le gustó es que nos asignaron la habitación que estaba justo bajo el piso dónde cv estaba cel Yacussi, y este hacía mucho ruido. Me gustó la ubicación.

Perfect location!!! Everything is just a few steps away! I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway, so I wasn’t expecting much from it. However, it exceeded my expectations in many ways!

This place is great! I want my friends and i to book this whole hotel next time we are in Playa. Your on the 5th Ave. Near everything... So everything is mire expensive but to blocks away the food is great and cheaper. Walmart is the next block up. This place was great. I didnt spend much time in the hotel because of our adventures, but it was like home when i got there to relax. My friends visited my hoteland want to stay there next time. I hope we do book that whole hotel ourselves oneday.
