Our location will make your stay very comfortable, you will be just a few steps from its incredible beaches and the famous 5th Avenue.



From the incredible rooftop you can enjoy beautiful sunsets accompanied by your partner, family or friends.



A great apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a patio and living room.



It is a beautifully decorated apartment and its modern kitchen is fully equipped, we have cable TV and free WIFI.

We are only 50 meters from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue.



On the rooftop there is the pool, the grill, a common living area and a complete bathroom, all this for the enjoyment of everyone who is staying in POLO 88, this area is common and can be shared with other guests.


- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.

Great beach but no view of outside from suite

Cleanest beach with great sand and no weeds 1.5 blocks away. La88 bar and grill is at end of the block. Taxi needed to get to the main 5th ave area. Bed room and bathroom are nice. Pool area was nice but 4 flights of stairs up. Upon arrival there wasn't a drop of drinking water or a grain of salt. You need to buy everything yourself. No view of the sky or anything outside because you only have a kitchen window into the garage and a central courtyard between the living room and the bedroom. When it is raining, you have to walk through it to get to the other room. Electricity and housekeeping were rather expensive. But it was a nice 6 weeks stay.

love it.

we are a family with 2 kids, we absolutely love the place, I was not sure at first because it is located in a small town, and it may seen kind of rough, but the actual condo its beautiful, it has a beautiful pool, all the necessities, Paula is on charge and she is a doll, she will direct you, advise you, lend you a hand at all times, let you know about places and activities. This place has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer (absolutely love that), nice comfortable bedding, nice pressure in the shower, we enjoyed this place very much and i will recommend anyone. I wish I didn't bring as many clothes you can wash and have fresh clothes.

Nice place/a ways from town

About a mile or so outside of downtown. Renting a bike will definitely help. It looks like the area is rough, but it is getting cleaned up! The condo was nice, sometimes loud neighbors, but tolerable. The property manager was a doll and so helpful. She made the stay outside of town well worth it. Overall pretty good
