The property is being run as an Airbnb; therefore, no room service (daily cleaning). There was no indication on the Expedia website that it was not a hotel but an Airbnb. The lady who cleaned the public areas was not friendly at all. Most of the time the Internet did not work or was very slow. All in all, I would not stay there again.

Nothing to wash the dishes with, no soap, no cloth, only a old smelly scrubby. Nothing to wipe the floors with when you bring back sand from the beach. Can only use the ladder to get in/out of the pool, no convenient stairs... No elevator to reach the rooftop 6th floor. Communication was not easy in English. The codes weren't sent the day before as described and didn't have call signal to receive them. Used a friend's phone to call and expedia's reference number was wrong. Had to get it from the direct website. Didn't feel well managed.

Nos mandaron al hotel la reina roja por no tener aire acondicionado, el dia del check out no habia luz desde las 9 de la maniana, no llego la luz y no dieron la oportunidad de esperar a que volviera la luz por lo que tuvimos que salir sin baniarnos porque dijeron que no estaba en sus manos. Mala experiencia

Extrêmement bruyant le soir et la nuit

Chambre et immeuble très bruyant en raison de l’épicerie d’en face et de ses habitants, bruit toutes les nuits de 20h à 3h du matin avec de la musique très forte sur leur toit. Vue sur un dépotoir avec des animaux qui hurlent toute la nuit. La chambre n’avait pas de serviettes de salle de bain ni de papier toilette en arrivant. La climatisation n’as plus fonctionné la 2e semaine du séjour et l’hôtel n’as jamais répondu au message.
