Room was clean, large and nice. The location was also good. The only issue was there was all the parking was metored which was annoying to deal with. There was also an issue at check out that cost additional money.

The hotel is located very near 5th avenue and is a decent place to stay. Basic amenities like blow dryer and iron were not found in room. The hotel is clean and worth the price just don’t set your expectations too high.

This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.

It was amazing. Premium room and services for a fraction of the cost. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff very friendly. Elevator wasn’t working and no parking, but for the location, the price, the decor and everything else, it was still a 10/10 for me

We booked this hotel for the jacuzzi tub and location. Location is ideal however we were there for 4 nights and had no hot water. Our room was nice and clean but the rooftop area around the pool was dirty and rundown. Absolutely a joke that this is advertised as a 4 star property.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hot water situation could be better. I had a six day stay: two days the water was cold, two days it was luke warm, and the last two days it was much better, but not hot. The lights were off in the first floor hallway. Even though I reported it on the first night, they were never fixed. I also asked and was granted a room change due to a mold smell in my room.

Significant maintenance issues

AC was broken. Tub was broken. Very very noisy well into the night. Couldn't open patio door because if noise which made the broken AC even worse. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Otherwise wouldn't return.

Hotel is nice and comfortable. The hot water stopped working the 2nd day. The hotel management said that they’ll issue a refund for that night. However, they went back on their words and didn’t give even a penny back. Terrible service

If you are ok with arriving to no hot water & not being given the room you booked, staying here is for you. If you are ok with noise from the club until 4am, this is for you. They did move me rooms due to lack of hot water& shower had a missing door. pool is nice. Breakfast looked good- didn’t have any. Coffee- mediocre. Rooms-old. Staff- lady & older gentleman , kind.

Overall our stay was nice. Close proximity to 5th Ave shopping and vendors. Your stay includes breakfast but not a buffet, more so one juice, one plate of food and that’s it. They give you a boxed lunch if you’re going to spend the day out on excursions, but you can’t have breakfast ABD a boxed lunch to go, it’s one or the other. The hot tub in room takes about 45 mins to fill up and doesn’t get too hot, but other than that it was cool. The TV doesn’t have any English channels so don’t expect to chill out and watch some good ole American TV. Safe place to stay overall, I would stay here again.

The place needs to be updated for sure. It’s nice because it’s right around the corner from the strip and walking distance of all the restaurants. We got our room upgraded when we got there but it wasn’t great. As soon as we walked in the room the smell of sewage pipes hits you. The curtains were torn lots of holes. The rain shower head most def needs to be changed. The water spits out everywhere but straight down. The tube in the room did not hold the water so a useless “hot tube” in the room. The bartender Danny was great super friendly very talkative! The whats up app is useless they take forever to answer to a message. This was my second time staying here and I def wouldn’t stay here again.

I have stayed here before over past 3 years 3 or 4 times .The maintenance and updates have suffered .First the elevator wasnt working ,and no one to help ,if i didnt expect an elevator,that is ok but had to carry 5 bags up the stairs ,thankfully only 1 flight for me .The silicone around shower floor was old and cracked and water leaked all over floor ,the toilet quit flushing within 30 minutes .The overall condition of the room needed attention .Bed was acceptable although also could use a new mattress soon .Rooftop bar had no food because of elevator (understandable).Service was good for what they have to work with .location is good .Probably wont stay there again .

Let me preface by saying despite all the things that went wrong with the room, the staff at the front desk like Ros and the others were great and friendly and tried to do everything they could to help. The upper management however was lacking. I've never taken the time to write a review on a place but this was a sitcom level debacle - So here's what happened - I entered the beautiful room only to find a condom wrapper (yep, you read that right) on the floor by the bed, they did not have an equivalent room to stay in that night so I was offered a free Americano or Continental breakfast during my stay which I only used once because it was supposed to start at 8 am but in reality the kitchen only opened at 9:30 then there was no hot water in the room so I waited for that to be fixed, then there was no water pressure to fill the jacuzzi tub that is the highlight of the room so I waited for a maintenance guy to fix that and he told me apparently my room was literally the ONLY one with this issue, but at this point the hotel was full so I could not be moved rooms until the 3rd night THEN the safe died with my stuff inside so I waited for someone to open and replace the safe... finally I moved to an equivalent room on the third night (was only there for four nights). When asked for refund I was refused by management saying "we moved you rooms, you got breakfast". Not a great policy considering this was not just one thing. At least the staff were great.
