Would have 5 stars, however balcony furniture was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit out and relax or read. Was suggested that I go to Walmart to buy a proper deck chair and that the pictures showed what to expect.The unit had coffee filters and salt only, one pot, lots of fry pans. I did buy a toilet brush.(2 week stay solo) Building is quiet, safe area, 2nd time in this building, close & easy walk to both beach & grocery stores.Communication prompt, and an hour early check-in was appreciated. There are likely better options available for the price. After 20 trips to Playa, this was not my best value.

First time renting a condo for vacation. Enjoy the PdC area and wanted to be close to groceries, beach and 5th avenue. Location was excellent - within walking distance to everything. Condo was clean with everything you need to set up home for a week or longer. Staff and owners were most accommodating. Only a couple of minor issues - having an outside unit does have some street noise and the patio needs some patio furniture.
