"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"Das Appartment lag optimal: nur 300m zum Strand, schräg gegenüber das Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und einer Vielzahl toller Restaurants. Besonders gefreut hat mich die Selbstverständlichkeit, mit der in nahezu allen Restaurants glutenfreie Speisen oder glutenfreies Bier angeboten wird. Die Lage auf der Insel ist prima, weil man schnell mit dem Wagen zu den touristischen Orten kam, zum Siam Park oder zum Wandern.Der Strand war sehr sauber und mit feinem Sand, so dass man dort ohne Wasserschuhe baden konnte. Ein wenig getrübt war die Aussicht wegen einer Großbaustelle direkt am Strand. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele weitere schöne Buchten.Das Appartment ist praktisch aufgeteilt und mit genügend Stauraum ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Balkon sind sehr schön, wobei wir sie wenig genutzt haben, da es sehr windig war, so dass es nicht möglich war, den Sonnenschirm aufzustellen. Das Badezimmer ist gut eingerichtet, mit Bidet und bodentiefer großer Dusche. Im Appartment sind alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden: Filterkaffeemaschine, Pürierstab, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, aber auch Gewürze, Waschmittel und Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden.Der Pool ist sehr groß. Es gibt genügend Schattenplätze am Pool. Schade war, dass wir keine Klappstühle hatten, so dass man am Pool auf den Steinen saß.Sowohl mit Ulli als auch mit der Verwaltung vor Ort lief die Kommunikation super. Wir können das Appartment in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen."

"Book this hotel for the unique experience! You feel like you are on a ship. The views are spectacular. The hotel itself is a 3 star. No A/C in the room. Only a ceiling fan with the patio door wide open to sleep. But it was lovely to hear the waves crashing all night. A relaxing experience"

"I stayed here for one night as an airport stopover. I must admit I do not understand the terrible reviews. Yes the decor in the rooms is basic and a little tired. But the bedding, towels and room was very clean. It’s a 24H reception which is perfect for late arrivals and breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and the bus takes 5mins and cost c€2 The little town it’s in has several coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. I couldn’t fault it for an overnight stay If you want 5star don’t stay here but if you want value for money for a short stay, with a friendly service and good surrounding amenities I would recommend"

"Everything was excellent. The only concern was the wind outside was incredible intense. It was extremely loud; it howled, roared, and sounded like it spoke in tongues... The wind also created a speculative view. I watched para sailing from my balcony. They skipped across the water, jumped high into the air, and floated far above the waves. It was beautiful… "

"Our stay was wonderful. We came to El Medano in 6 peaple - 2 kids, 4 adults. Everything was perfectly organised. Apartment ideal for 6 people- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage, kitchen and spacious living room. Everything fully equiped and clean. Even the present for arrival was waiting for us! Children could easily find a swimming pool and have lots of fun. Very close to the beach, restaurants and market. No problems with parking on the street. Lots of atractions for children could be reached in 20 minutes by car. I wish I could come back to villa Isabel in the future. Anna from Poland."
