Hotel facilities were amazing especially the pools - great for families. The staff at the reception were hit and miss. We arrived early and whilst our room was ready, they wouldn’t let us check in until the official time. Surrounding area is not for families - lots of drunk German tourists which spoil the area and quite a distance to Old Town Palma which has the nicer authentic Spanish restaurants - 30mins by public bus or 30 euros by cab.
