"Didn’t like rules were not enforced about towels on sunbeds with no one on them . Got moved to room 626 as first room not great . also having a courtesy room before leaving for 30 mins was very nice ."

"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water. I recommend this hotel."

"A really nice place to stay The Corner makes the best pizza And very reasonably Chicken wings where great And the lady that served us was a angel The cleaning lady Paula was the best a lovely woman And the pub bar beside the pool was great for the football plus the bar staff made feel very welcome"

"Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment! For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!"

"On arrival at 9pm , check in was smooth, we were informed we were being upgraded to an UP room, which was nice. However we were given room 642 which is in the corner of the hotel, room itself was nice , great shower in room but balcony had pigeon droppings on balcony rail and floor, I noticed other balconies in this area had same problem. On complaining the following morning we were at first offered a room on 3rd floor which was not as good and was in floor of hotel being renovated. We informed staff we would stay in room if they would clean the balcony, they informed us this would be done and that this area of hotel is problematic with this issue. The balcony was not cleaned once in our 4 night stay, had feeling reception staff didn’t really care or deal with the issue. These rooms at corner are also very noisy with the lift being next to them. Staff in restaurant and pool bar very nice. Pool images is very chilled out with best heated pool I have been in. Location is also very good for bars and restaurants. Overall a nice stay but disappointed in room situation and reception staff."

"This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again."

"Hotel is great location, stayed here 3 x before Always good . Only problem this time was Maintenance work . Only one lift was working Was one 5th floor had to use the stairs most times . When works are finished hopefully the hotel will be back to its normal best ."
