"We stayed in room 415, overlooking the pool and sea view, the room was cleaned daily. There is a good array of food for breakfast and always plentiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I had an amazing massage at the wellness centre. Hotel is in a good location with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. "

"The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds"

The sauna was too cold, the ice machine was broken, the indoor whirlpool couldn't be heated up, Outdoor whirlpool only worked on my first day and did not work again and i reported it twice - again a major reason i booked the hotel. There was another whirlpool but only available to certain black band guests - but given you couldn't sort the common area one you could have offered this to everyone.
