"I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. I don’t know if this is an oversight by the owner of this property, or Hotels.com. I had confirmation of this reservation. Fortunately, being off season, I was able to find alternative accommodations in Rincon. Maybe, short term rentals do not belong on this booking site. "

"Amazing place and excellent check in process. The property is amazing, waking up to the ocean view every morning was the best. Quiet neighborhood, excellent for families and a short drive to all attractions and activities. "

"I stayed in at Pelican Reef before, but at a smaller unit. This other one was perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and majestuosity of the views. You don't need to go anywhere. This place has it all and the host is "Johnny on the spot" if you need anything anytime. Already reserved my next visit. Can't wait!"
