"My family and I had a great time! Easy walk to the beach as well as Black Eagle Marina for charter snorkeling trip. Clear instructions for finding the house, check in, and how to use various items in the house (or they were easy enough to figure out! Clean, cute, and comfortable!"

"We stayed as a family with teens for 3 nights. The host met us and showed us around although it was xmas day and late. Super friendly host and very helpful.The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the main beach, 0.4 miles walk to the plaza where you find all the restaurants and art faire every Thursday. Wifi/AC/all appliances work. washer and drier are a big plus. Super clean and comfortable beds. House is big and everyone had space. The kitchen has almost everything you need in order to cook in terms of pots/pans/dishes. I was a bit hesitate to book as the place has no reviews but it was a good decision. Rincon was the best part of our trip. "
