"The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife."

"From the moment we booked in with a lovely lady, to getting to our suite with everything in it required for a self catering apartment. With a wonderful balcony overlooking the big pool, to our effortless checkout a week later. Couldn’t have asked for more from an accommodation. Definitely will be retuning."

"Buenas ubicación, con piscina en la urbanización. La única pega que le pongo es el extra que hay que pagar a quien te entrega las llaves del apartamento si entras de noche (30 a partir de las 22h y 50 a partir de las 00), que hay que a ñadir al precio de la reserva ( lo cuál no te lo dicen en el momento de reservar). Por el resto bien. Quizás los colchones, ya piden un cambio. Dos habitaciones más una cama supletoria en el salón. Apartamento correcto."

"Centrally located in old city, 5mins from train station. Plenty restaurants. Breakfast on the roof was nice. But, beware, also on roof is a busy noisy bar, frequented by locals. Lots of noise early in the morning from Housekeeping on rooftop."

"The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October."

"The property is close to the sea, you can get a beach view especially if you are staying in the top floors. We got buffet style breakfast included (food options include eggs, sausages, fruit, ham and cheese selection, pastries, drinks, veggies). The pool was clean and the property had entertainment activities every night. We upgraded to half board after the first day so we got buffet dinner as well which included cooked meats, pasta, fries, cheese and ham platters, fruit, deserts and ice cream, and drinks include both soft drinks and wine and beer. The room was great and clean no complaints and it had a balcony with a great view to both the sea and the mountains. Rooms had air conditioning, mini fridge and kettle. You can store your luggage there after check out. Good value for money."
