"The room was always clean. The staff was always concerned we would have a pleasant stay. There are great options in the buffet, would love a little more of vegetarian options, but everything else is amazing for any meat lovers There is one pool where you can watch the sunset and just stay there until closing hours since the water is lukewarm"

"9th floor directly on the ocean! The views are amazing and the use of Crocs facilities makes The Palms condo even better to stay at for the price. There is a gate connecting the two properties so you can easily enter Crocs to use their pools/restaurants/casino while also being able to enjoy the slowed down pace of The Palms. Condo layout was nice with a very large balcony. They had a grill that we didn't have a chance to use but it looked like it would have been nice to do. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including a few spices. Washer/dryer is nice so you can pack less cloths and have fresh towels throughout your stay. Raquel was wonderful with communications and responded to any of our questions or requests immediately. We will definitely plan to book this unit the next time we are in the Jaco area. So much to see and do and so many wonderful restaurants! Our favorite was El Manglar, highly recommend if you are a seafood lover."

"We have visited/lived beachside many times across our long lives. The view/vibe fromthis condo is unparralled! During our stay we experienced a spectacular lighteningshow one night and the fullest full moon on another! We swam everyday in a sparklingpool adjacent to the beach and ate excellent meals at restaurants in walking distance from our unit. The staff were unfailingly helpful and our owners were able to accomodate our request for an early check in. This is a really lovely property on a quiet road close to but not caught up in the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco."

"Great owner and the condo was as advertised. Open floor plan spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great ocean and nature views. The double balcony facing the beach was great for drinking coffee in the morning and bird watching and hearing the ocean. We had a great stay and recommend."
