"The resort is clean, safe and beautiful. There are two pools overlooking the beach. The restaurant has great drinks, a wide menu and multilingual servers - we should've eaten here all meals rather than go into town. We stayed in a King Suite that sleeps 5 - it doesn't sleep 5, it sleeps 2 + 1 hard couch. They resolved the problem respectfully with an additional room for my two teenage boys - error's happen, but they made it right. The service was excellent. It's a guarded gate and there is security on site 24/7. My only complaint (that is not their fault) is that the beach was not safe to swim in out front. I don't know if it's always like that on the North Jaco beach so it doesn't effect my 5 star rating - but a short drive (or walk) south we were able to find calmer and safer waters...about 3 miles down the beach. Definitely one of the nicest resorts in Jaco from what we saw!"

"Clean room!!! Cleaning staff made sure to clean all areas without touching our personal items. Great security. FYI I Didn’t really like the Mountain View of the hotel. Walking distance to downtown area and beach. Also store/liquor store next to hotel. "
