"The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm. "

"This is a top floor apartment with the spacious balcony that gets the sun from midday till sunset. When I was there in October the pool was heated, with plenty of sun loungers (no life guard). Being 10 minutes from the airport you do get plane noise, but you soon get used to it, and play spot their logos. It is well-equipped with aircon in the bedroom, WiFi with satellite TV, a full sized fridge,selection of pans and crockery , washing machine, powerful hair drier etc. To Access the property, you collect the gate key from Pinehurst (about 5- 6 minutes’ walk) this can be returned earlier than your departure as there is also a gate fob on the apartment keys and a button to open gate on your departure "

"Hice una reservacion por 5 dias, luego nos enteramos q el viaje era de tres dias, me comunique con HOTELS.COM para quitar dos dias y nos dijeron q era mejor cancelarla y hacer otra por tres dias, bueno alli empezo el problema, no nos querian devolver el monto anticipado por la primera reserva, y HOTELS.COM me dijeron que necesitaban “aprobacion” del hotel para devolverme el dinero, resulta q ellos al hotel solomle pagaron la segunda reserva de solo tres dias, en fin HOTELS.COM nos roba nuestro dinero, ya no usare mas esta aplicacion"

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!"
